NABA TALKS
From word to object - a dialogue between language, art and design
May 8 2024, 6.00pm
Free admission upon registration
Designing with words lifts designers from the necessity of learning to code. Yet, isn’t language a code just as complex? How does the machine react to changes in lexical registers? Does employing poetic language rather than everyday speech lead to different outcomes? What if we were to directly use legal codes to curb the misuse of artificial intelligence? The first appointment of the series of NABA TALKS From word to object - a dialogue between language, art and design, Michele Aquila, Cristina Costantini dialogue with Anthony Marasco attempting to address these questions.
